Sunny Daze Luna-Tic
| Luna is quite the character. She was actually a mistake (shhh, don't tell her) as Patches had broken in with the girls and while I thought I had removed him before any "damage" was done I was quite surprised when Diva kidded! Fortunately, I was there to assist the delivery and all ended up ok. I had about 17 bottle babies at the time and Luna had learned how to jump on the top of their house and catapult herself into my arms (even if that landed her on top of another kid). That is how she got her name! Fortunately, she has mellowed quite a bit since then although still full of personality :) She has the potential to be a very good milker. Her dam had excellent capacity for a ND and great lines on her sire's side.Looking forward to her second freshening! |
